This Privacy Policy describes how AkasakaLabs (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Tank Jam: Pixel Puzzle (the “App”).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name. The App, and the third-party services it may use (such as advertising and analytics providers), may automatically collect:

• Device & advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID), used for advertising and analytics.
• Device information (device model, OS version, language, country, network type).
• Usage and diagnostic data (in-app events, crashes, performance).
• Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS).

Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To display advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
• To measure ad performance and analytics.
• To process in-app purchases via the app store.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party advertising mediation and ad networks that may collect and use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. These include:

4. Personalized Ads & Your Choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Where required by law (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), we request your consent before processing data for personalized advertising and provide controls to change your choice.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law (e.g., under 13 in the U.S.). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights
